Privacy and data handling
This controlled workspace stores health and safety administration records for authorised organisational users. Access is role-based and security-sensitive changes are audited.
Data boundaries
Imported customer snapshot records are immutable. New assignments, submissions, evidence, certificates, notifications and account records are stored separately in the local application data area.
Retention
Prepared notification history is retained for up to 365 days unless the organisation changes that setting. Expired sessions and reset tokens can be removed by an administrator. Protected imported records are never removed by the retention tool.
